Meadow Rows

Meadow rows are a row variation and an adaption of a one arm dumbbell row using a grappler/t-bar row setup. Invented by John Meadows a great variation to put mass on your lats. To keep under tension i recommend not bringing the weight back down to the floor, or if you're looking for a more explosive contraction then reset the weight on the floor each time.
